At Sevilla restaurant where pool is holding, a phalanx of tv cameras are trained on entrance to spj’s house on a quiet street in the west village
The street was blocked by two NY sanitation trucks and there was a giant white tent in front of the steps to her place.
The streets appeared to be barricaded for several blocks around us.
The waiters here said that SPJ and husband, Matthew Broderick, have dined here.

A fundraising reception w 50 attendees at the home of Sarah Jessica Parker. Tickets for the event cost $40,000 per person. Trombone Shorty (who played recently at the Wh) will provide musical entertainment. Tickets
The second event is a fundraising dinner w 250 people at the Plaza Hotel. Mariah Carey will perform at the dinner. Tickets for this event cost $10,000 per person. Proceeds from both events will go to the Obama Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee of obama for America, the democratic national committee and several state Democratic parties.
A New York Night” contest winner:
Robin Hunt is the winner of “A New York Night,” the online fundraising contest and will meet the President and First Lady tonight at the fundraiser at Sarah Jessica Parker’s home. Robin is originally from Winston-Salem, NC and currently lives in Baltimore, MD where she works as a project administrator at Johns Hopkins Hospital. As a health care worker, she supports education and preventive health initiatives, such as those included in the Affordable Care Act, to improve the quality of life for all Americans regardless of income.
Robin brought her mother Elvita as her guest. Elvita lives in Winston-Salem and is retired from her role as an executive assistant at Winston-Salem State University.
The Plaza:
At the Plaza, the President will be introduced by the First Lady. Newark Mayor Cory Booker and Musician, Alicia Keys will also deliver remarks at this event.
