Governor Palin says she is teaming up with her family to share her fitness and diet tips with you! She is writing a new book about staying in shape. The Palins say it really is possible to balance homemade comfort food with fitness.
Governor Palin is a fan of low-carb eating (you have probably heard about her love of moose stew) and her family is big on outdoor sports like boating, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing and hunting.
Governor Palin calls her book “unique and motivating,” telling People Magazine the book focuses on “where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods!”
