The red text are remarks by WH Press Secretary Jay Carney (or at least appear to be his but the press pool report is not quite clear on the declarant…could be Campaign Spokesperson Psaki but nonetheless a representative of the President):
(On whether the WH focused on anti-muslim video after Benghazi attacks in any way to keep CIA role quiet?) “That suggestion, which I haven’t heard, is completely false. We provided information based on assessments made in real time by the intelligence community. As we have had more information become available we have made it available to the public through you.”
The above is not exactly an answer to the question. Plus, as for “assessments made in real time” it appears from Washington Post’s David Ignatius timeline from the CIA today that they knew about 4:30am that morning that Ansar Al Sharia, a group linked to Al Qaeda, was lurking in the picture, surrounding the hospital where the Ambassador’s body was taken — but the Administration continued for days to push that video/protest story.
