Below are notes from FNC’s Chad Pergram:

After a long stakeout, Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, addressed reporters ON CAMERA following briefings by FBI Director Mueller and Acting CIA Director Morell. This fed back live via LiveU.

He wouldn’t get into many details. He praised Petraeus, says he is probably dealing w many personal issues right now. But it would help the public if he testifies on Benghazi.

Praised Morell, notes this is not the first time he has been acting director. Says he has a lot of confidence in him.

He says he and Chairman Rogers have purposefullly avoided the feeding frenzy on Petraeus. It is important to get all the facts, that is the committee’s job.

Wouldn’t divulge much from briefings. Did he see the classified info from Broadwell’s computer? No.
