President Obama flew all the way to Nevada to give his immigration speech…..then got back on AF1 and flew all the way back to Washington, DC.
Why did he go all that way just to give the speech? Why was it so important to give it in Nevada? The US Senators yesterday gave their immigration reform at a press conference on Capitol Hill. (And yes, I bet other Presidents did it, too...took these long day trips on AF1……but in these very tough economic times, I am paying more attention to how money is spent.)
