There are a lot of people critical of the jury who were NOT in the courtroom to hear the entire trial and consider all the evidence. This New York Post cover is awful.
Both sides – prosecution and defense – agreed the six chosen (drafted) jurors were fair BEFORE the trial began. So now anyone taking a slap at the jury is out of line.
How are we ever going to get citizens to perform this important job of serving on juries if this is how we treat them after the verdict?
Am I wrong?
