Greta, I am one of the many who lost their insurance and had to go through the site to sign up for a new plan which I did back in Nov.. (it took 3 days) I got a gold plan for my wife and I, paid the premium and was issued a card and policy. I have had it for 2 months now Jan and Feb. Just received a letter from Blue Cross Blue Shield informing me the policy I have has a “display error” and it is only HSA compatible for a single person, not a family (my wife and I) so even though I have “contracted” with them for the last two months I now have to re-apply for a lesser different plan at much higher out of pocket and deductible cost’s. Their moving the goalpost!
Is this legal?
