Call goes straight to a voicemail message warning of “very long wait times due to a surge in demand.”
Then, message tells consumers that if they’ve already called and left a number asking for a call back–“don’t worry,” and that a representative will call back “After April 1” to help finish enrolling. “You will still get coverage for 20-14,” is the final assurance in the voicemail.
One problem: there is no easy way to call and leave a number, and the estimated wait time to speak to a representative is currently 30mins.
