Below is from FNC’s Chad Pergram:
House now votes to establish Benghazi committee
The vote was 232 to 186.
All Republicans voted yea.
7 Democrats broke with their party, where the leadership urged a no vote, and voted yes.
They were Reps. John Barrow (D-GA), Patrick Murphy (D-FL), Ron Barber (D-A7), Mike McIntyre (D-NC), Collin Peterson (D-MN), Nick Rahall (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ)
As per tradition, the Speaker of the House usually doesn’t vote. But Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) did cast a rare vote this time, in favor of creating the committee.
