Just read this item (black text) below about Executive Orders:
“…[Attorney General Eric Holder] said that the Justice department had approved all his [President Obama's executive] orders before hand for legality…” [from interview in Time Magazine.]
So my question, if he reviewed Executive Orders by the President, did Attorney General review (authorize) the CIA spying of the US Senate? According to the law, it is a crime unless authorized by the Attorney General or DNI.
If the spying was authorized, why?
If not, where is the criminal investigation? There could be no more proof than the CIA Directors confession that they did (the so called apology.)
