You know things are nuts (really nuts!) when one Supreme Court Justice is accused of putting his hands around another Supreme Court Justice in anger in a chokehold. Last night I posted a few articles and Justice Prosser’s denial. Below is what Justice Ann Walsh Bradley is saying (see.)
Bottom line: what in the world is going on in the Wisconsin Supreme Court???!!! Are they nuts? And the citizens of Wisconsin are suppose to respect their Supreme Court? and give respect to the Supreme Court decisions which effect their lives? Really?!!!
And while I have no idea who is off the wall (Justice Prosser or Justice Walsh or both), I do know one thing, CHIEF JUSTICE SHIRLEY ABRAHAMSON sure is not doing her job to lead the court and to give confidence to the people of Wisconsin. She needs to step aside and let someone else attempt to run that zoo. (And by the way, this is not the first instance of weird behavior…they have verbally insulted each other…snitched to the media in secret emails…oh brother, it is so weird! Who is running that court????!!!)

JUSTICE ANN WALSH BRADLEY (WISCONSIN SUPREME COURT)
“The facts are that I [Justice Bradley] was demanding that he [Justice Prosser] get out of my office and he put his hands around my neck in anger in a chokehold,” she said. “Those are the facts and you can try to spin those facts and try to make it sound like I ran up to him and threw my neck into his hands, but that’s only spin.
“Matters of abusive behavior in the workplace aren’t resolved by competing press releases,” she said.
“I’m confident the appropriate authorities will conduct a thorough investigation of this incident involving abusive behavior in the workplace.”
