Subject: Pool #4 // menu
Here is the menu for this evening’s Gridiron dinner. Pool continues to hold in the Renaissance until the president’s remarks begin.
First course:
Ginger roasted jumbo shrimp over dan dan noodles, seasonal greens, green lentils, fresh bamboo shoots, scallions, sweet peppers in a tamari-ginger-cilantro vinaigrette, served with chili soy vinaigrette.
Second course:
Roasted sea bass with vintage port sauce, basil fregola, cranberry bean succotash,
brussels sprouts, glazed carrots.
Third course:
Fresh fruit and berry salad with chocolate laced cookies, kirschwasser sauce anglaise.
Coffee/petits fours:
Gridiron petits fours with Gridiron Logo, VIP coffee service, cream, cube sugar, cinnamon sticks, chocolate shavings and whipped cream.
